The OC GWIS annual Science Symposium is held each March and is specifically geared to encourage student participation in all areas of scientific research.  The gathering creates a forum for students to present their accomplishments in front of a panel of qualified judges and a mixed audience. Students compete for monetary prizes in one of three categories: Undergraduate, Master's, or Ph.D.
